Delivery & Returns

UK Delivery

  • Free delivery promotions on £150.00 spend applies to UK Mainland only
  • Our cut off times for same day dispatch are listed below; any orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day:

13.30pm - Standard Courier

11.30am - Pallet Delivery

  • Our selected courier is Parcelforce Tracked and requires a signature upon delivery.
  • Our selected pallet delivery carrier is Europa & Pallet Line and requires a signature upon delivery.
  • Once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery will be 1-2 working days (excluding Public and Bank Holidays) subject to product availability and unless specified otherwise.
  • The orders can be delivered any time from 08.00am - 17.30pm; unfortunately we are unable to advise you of a definitive time.
  • If you require Timed or Weekend deliveries, this will be at additional cost.
  • If you have any special delivery instructions, please advise us when ordering because once your order leaves our warehouse, we are unable to change the instructions.
  • Due to the efficiency of the operations team, any changes to your order must be made within 30 minutes of confirmation otherwise your order will be processed and will not be able to be changed.

European Delivery

  • If you cannot see your country in the below table, please contact us.
  • Please note costs do not include pallet charge, VAT, taxes or insurance. You may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once the order reaches your country. We do not offer a customs clearance policy for you as these responsibilities and charges must be managed and paid by you.
  • Customs policies vary from country to country so please contact your local customs office if you have any questions relating to this area to ensure you comply with local laws and regulations of receiving country.
  • We recommend you insure your consignments for all risks or alternatively, ask us for a quotation. Requests for insurance will only be accepted at time of booking and only when received in writing.

International Delivery

  • Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) of £6,000 applies to all International deliveries.

  • We do not offer a customs clearance policy for you as these responsibility and charges must be managed and paid by you. Customs policies vary from country to country so please contact your local customs office to ensure you comply with local laws and regulations of country receiving goods.

Additional Delivery Information

  • Your order may be dispatched in several parcels, which can arrive at different times.
  • 'Working day' refers to any day between Monday to Friday and excludes weekend and Public/Bank Holidays.
  • Scottish Highlands, islands and other remote areas may take a few days longer to deliver
  • Where applicable, Tracking references will be sent via email to you when your order has been dispatched.
  • Pallet Delivery is compulsory for fragile products to ensure safe delivery of goods to you. When placing larger orders, it may also be more cost effective and safer to receive a pallet delivery rather than separate boxes

Lost & Damaged Deliveries

  • If you have any lost or missing products from your order, please contact our Customer Service team immediately on 0203 519 7999 or email us on hello@yattabox.com.
  • If you have any lost or missing parcels from your order, please report within 14 days of dispatch or we will not be liable.
  • If good arrive in unsatisfactory condition or are faulty, please contact our Customer Service team immediately on 0203 519 7999 or email us on hello@yattabox.com with your name, order number and photo detailing faults. Once received, we will include with your refund, the postage that you were charged when purchasing the item, and the postage you paid when returning the item to us (this does not affect your statutory rights).
  • If you are returning an item because it is unsuitable, we shall only refund the cost of the returned item, and you will be fully liable for the postage paid when returning the item to us and when purchasing the item.
  • We do not offer a free returns service but would recommend Recorded Delivery to ensure safe arrival of returns. We are not held liable if we do not receive the goods you return back.

 

Returns

  • Please note as per our Terms & Conditions, we are unable to accept any customised goods, which are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Items purchased online must be returned within 14 days of receipt and we will gladly offer you an refund or exchange providing products are unopened and are in saleable condition. Please wrap the items securely and use insured registered delivery, keeping the receipt. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport. Please note that we do not offer a free returns service, or refund the return postage cost or the original delivery charge.
  • Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. You can obtain an RMA number by emailing your request to hello@yattabox.com. Please title the email ‘Returns’. Please indicate in your email the reason why the goods are being returned.
  • Each box returned will be subject to an admin fee of £10.00 payable by the customer.
